Below are some of the most common frequently questions asked by our customers.  If you do not find the question and answer you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Q. What are your delivery option ?

A. We are currently only shipping within Peninsular Malaysia.

 

Q. Is there a minimum Order ?

A. There is no minimun order.  However, the shipping cost is based on per order.

For each order shipping charges is applys as following :

RM15 within the area likes Malacca (Melaka), Selangor, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur.

RM26 within the rest likes Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Pahang, Penang (Pulau Pinang), Perak, Perlis, Terengganu

RM10  within the area of Negeri Sembilan.

We are happy to offer free delivery within Seremban only if per order above RM 800.

 

 Q. What are your payment options ?

A. We are offers the following payment methods :

1. Direct bank in OR online transfer to our Maybank account ( PS  Paint Store  505176508787 ).

 Q. How do I know if my order has been received ?

A. You should received an automatic email confirmation from us once you payment has been processed and a confirmation from Paypal to confirm a successful transaction.  If you do not receive any type of confirmation via email and are concerned if we have received your order, please contact us and we will immediately provide a replacement.

 

Q. Can I collect my order ? 

A. You are welcome to collect your order from us, and free shipping cost.  However, you must contact us prior to pick up.

 

Q. My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do ?

A. The cut off time for orders to be processed for next day delivery is 2pm Monday to Friday.

Orders received by us after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.  Where orders are received at a weekend or public holiday, they will be processed on the next working day as well.

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible.  However, your goods are shipped with a third party logistic co., so its unlikely event that a problem occurs with your delivery.  Please contact us if you do not receive your goods when expected, and we will track your order immediately.

 

Q. What if I want to return items ?

Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products must be attached together with its original receipt and the goods/products shall be in good condition and order. Packaging or labelling shall also be in original state as per original shipping container received. If the goods/products has been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. PS PAINT STORE (NS0112621-M) will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will received their refund within 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable & refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each good/product may vary accordingly. At PS PAINT STORE, we take this great measure to ensure the highest quality of goods/products to all customers.
